After an ease back begin to the season Romelu Lukaku rediscovered his scoring touch with a cap trap in the win at Sunderland on 12 September.The Belgian caught up with an objective and a help as Middlesbrough were beaten 3-1 on 17 September, helping the Toffees to their best begin to a season in the Head Association.
Lukaku dispatched a magnificent free-kick in a 1-1 draw with Precious stone Royal residence, making the 23-year-old required in a greater number of objectives in the month than whatever other player.
His five objectives put him joint-second in the race for the Brilliant Boot, one behind Chelsea's Diego Costa.
"I didn't have questions about him," Everton administrator Ronald Koeman told evertonfc.com after his treble at Sunderland. "It is unfathomable how great he can be.
"Strikers hope to score objectives and there was a little uncertainty in his mind when he didn't score for so yearn for Everton.
"I let him know the best answer is on the pitch and he demonstrated his quality with the objectives. It was an incredible execution."
